How returns work
Decided it's not for you? Get in touch via our help page within 60 days of purchase and we'll send you return instructions. Once we receive your bottle back, we'll process your refund.
The specifics
Window. 60 days from the date of purchase. After 60 days we can't offer a refund or exchange.
Condition. Bottles must be in their original packaging. We assume you'll test a spray or two before deciding — that's fine. Anything beyond that and we won't be able to refund.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.
Exchanges. Want a different scent? Send your bottle back within 60 days, and we'll happily swap it for any other Arosmic. Contact us via our help page to arrange.
Sale items. Sale items refer only to clearance/end-of-line products marked SALE in the product title — these are non-refundable. Bundle discounts are not sale items and are fully covered by the 60-day guarantee.
Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, send us photos via our help page within 7 days and we'll arrange a free replacement.
Shipping. You're responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service for returns over £40 — we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gifts. If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value once we receive the bottle. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund goes back to the original purchaser.
Late or missing refund? Check your bank account first, then your card company — refunds can take a few days to officially post. Still no sign? Get in touch via our help page and we'll chase it down.
